Eligibility

If you fail to meet the eligibility criteria or violate these Terms, Next Move Academy reserves the right to terminate your access after notifying you and allowing a 7-day response period.

Next Move Academy is not responsible for the performance of traders or strategies you copy. It is recommended that you diversify your strategies and use risk management tools such as stop-loss orders.

System Failures and Technical Issues
5.1 Platform Reliability: Next Move Academy strives to maintain system reliability, but internet-based trading involves risks related to hardware, software, and connectivity failures. Next Move Academy is not liable for interruptions or delays caused by factors outside its control, such as internet disruptions or device issues.
5.2 Internal Errors and Negligence: If system failures occur due to negligence by Next Move Academy, the company may offer service credits or compensation, determined on a case-by-case basis. Next Move Academy’s liability for system failures will not exceed the total fees paid by the user in the preceding three months.
5.3 Backup and Recovery: Next Move Academy has backup systems and contingency plans in place. However, Next Move Academy does not guarantee compensation for loss of profit or trading opportunities resulting from system failures or downtimes.

No Access to User Funds or Portfolios
Next Move Academy does not and will not have access to any user’s portfolio or funds held in their trading account with any third-party broker. Users retain full control and access to their trading accounts, and Next Move Academy provides educational and non-binding advisory services. Users are solely responsible for all trading decisions and for managing their funds and portfolios with their respective brokers. Next Move Academy shall not be liable for any financial loss or damage related to the user’s personal trading account, and all recommendations are for informational purposes only.

Limitation of Liability

Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Disputes arising under these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in London, UK. Users from other jurisdictions may also be subject to local consumer protection laws.
Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Users agree to resolve disputes first through good-faith negotiation with Next Move Academy. If no resolution is reached, disputes will be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA).
Amendments to Terms

Users will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of the platform for 30 days from notification release constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
